Return Policy and Instructions

Thank you for shopping with us!  We want you to love your items as much as we do.  If for any reason you are not satisfied please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Purchase verification is required in all returns or exchanges.

  • We do not accept returns past 30 days of the ship date.  
  • We do not accept returns if the item has been worn, altered, washed, damaged, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances and tags are missing or not attached to the item. We will contact you to pay to ship them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.
  • All Final Sales are not eligible for return or exchange. Items discounted 40% or greater will also be considered Final Sale.  No exceptions.
  • Shoes need to be returned in their original box.  Please place the shoe box in a protective box. If we receive the shoe box as the shipping box we will not accept the shoes as returnable.  You will be responsible for shipping charges back to you.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • Please include your packing slip or a copy of your confirmation email with all returns.  Address to return:

  • Once we receive your return it will be processed within 1 - 3 business days and we will credit the card on the account.  Please note your banking institution may require up to 14 days to process and post his transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

Damaged Items/ Wrong Item Received

Holiday Return Policy

Any items purchased between November 10-December 24th that are unworn, still tagged and unused, may be returned or exchanged by January 15th with a receipt or gift receipt.

Return Shipping

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation.  Estefiane will not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damage in transit. Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

We try our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns.  Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors.
